Puik
Ka-Lai Chan, designer for Puik Art, was inspired by Van Gogh's bold use of colour. Chan took the characteristic elements of the Sunflowers and Almond Blossom and transformed them into colour gradients and crystallized works. By reducing the shapes in the paintings to taut lines, the allure of the overall composition is revealed. It shows how recognizable Van Gogh's paintings are, even without his typical brushstrokes!
