I recently visited your museum while I was in Amsterdam which I was very impressed with. Because I was traveling throughout Europe I was unable to purchase everything that I wanted while I was there. Upon arrival back home in the States I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could order souvenirs from your museum online. My experience was excellent. I received everything that I ordered promptly and with no issues. I would definitely purchase items from this company again.

well.. i received the packages with souvenirs everything was very cute excellent quality and very nice. the only thing that i dont agree is ... that you have to send this orders with more options about shipping... fedex is too expensive i prefer that you send this things by normal shipping. i dont care if it takes like 40-60 days. i talk with someone from the museum and explained this situation for this fedex thing this condition collect wich means that i have to pay the taxes from my country and promised me to split this expenses and she doesnt executed this. so i had to pay all. so next time please show all the shipping options to choose and avoid this unexpected things.
