I would like to thank you very much for the service you have provided. You have shipped right after order FEDEX works quite OK their local partner MNG and their customs agency works very well. Received your delivery without a problem. There is outstanding point in my mind despite the fact that product is a digital print your web site specifies the product as hand made where this indication is also printed on the back of canvas. I was wondering which art is hand made I also think that product is quite pricy for a digital print although print quality is very good.

It was a very good experience both in Amsterdam and online. The staff in Amsterdam were extremely friendly on a crowded rainy day and the check-out lines moved very quickly even for a person who struggled with his Euros.

Great selection of attractive items in the shop. As I travelled by plane I did not want to carry the bulkier items. Your staff recommended the web-shop AND checked whether the items I liked were available there. Experience with the web-shop delivery process also great.

The actual visit to the museum online shop was great but your logistics company is the WORST. It s already 2nd time I have had to use PostNord customer service and wait in line for 32 minutes 12 seconds costing me time and money. I hope you ll get another logistics company I will never again shop with you because of the logistics experience even though it s not your fault except for choosing to do business with them . Such a bad experience.

I purchased an umbrella from the Museum Shop in June 2016 and one of the struts broke on its second use so the quality of the product was disappointing. The umbrella was not used in windy conditions and should not have broken. My husband purchased another umbrella from the Shop to replace my broken umbrella but it has not yet been delivered so I cannot assess the quality of the second umbrella yet.
