Very good experience online.. but I was quite disappointed in the Museum Shop in Amsterdam since it is not possible to buy some cards posters... without paying for a full Museum ticket. We did visit the Museum on a Friday evening until 10PM but did not have enough time to buy postcards or posters... and it was not possible to go to the shop with the friday ticket after... Quite a shame

The only experience was astonishing. The e-shop is elegant and runs smooth when I encounter some doubt support people came to me with quick and helpfull insights and the payment and delivery info were all perfect. Also the little thanks email I received after my purchase was much appreciated. The pacjakge came well protected everything in good condition and with the correspondant facture invoice. However after spending 50 EUR at your shop it would have been nice to addsome detail at the box a little paper VanGogh Museum card some wrapping paper an e-shop catalogue or even some exhibition leaflets would make it.
