We took the offer to reprint a painting. In the advertizing was shown that the canvan will be framed from a delighted crafts man in the workshop. In Reality the reproduction came just as a canvas unframed. So the price of 179 - Euro did not include the framing

My experience as a customer was eventually successful but before that I had technical troubles which initially made me give up on my purchase. Although in the box where I needed to insert my address I could choose from the drop-down menu my country Romania the page continuously and invariably kept switching the country of destination to the Netherlands. So after repeated attempts I gave up. Weeks later it occurred to me to try again using a different browser Chrome instead of Firefox and this time everything went smoothly but it was purely by chance that I did this and managed to complete my order.

Absolutely wonderful. We were in Amsterdam in early July on a river cruise. I bought myself the Iris pendant and earrings then was disappointed that I hadn t bought something for my mother who loves van Gogh - then I found your website and ordered her the sunflower pendant.

We had a very good experience. Ordered twice a custom reproduction which are very reasonable priced I think and we received it within 1 week well packaged and of good quality. Although we now have the paintings we want and would not need to order again we would recommend you to anyone interested in getting Van Gogh reproductions.

Was unable to include coupon in purchase. Called customer service for refund. They were not helpful. said that the people who do refunds are on vacation and they would get to it when they came back. One would think that if some people are on vacation others would take their place. I was going to order more items but have decided it is not worth the effort
