This might have been the most pleasant online purchase I have ever made. I got a confirmation video from Vincent Van Gogh s grandson I believe and the next day my order was delivered. There is no way my experience could have been better.

In general the service was great -- very quick delivery etc with reliable updates. However the red poppies tote bag I ordered was suppose to come with a smaller change purse inside I think. I am a huge fan of the Museum and Van Gogh m of course and that s why O was so sad when my Umbrella for Almond Blossom that I bought as a souvenir from my visito to the museum in February got stolen a few weeks ago. I immediately went to your web store to buy a new one but my purchase experience was not so great not really your fault but you should consider another transportation company. The company wanted me to pay 59 euros more 219 Reais for the delivery and since this to me was a completely unfair amount that I wasn t expected since I already paid 15 euros for the shipping I had to refuse it which really made me sad. I know that the money I already paid you is lost but at least it went to support a Museum that I love.
