the online store was completely broken when i tried to order something. the address area would blank out the moment I selected USA as the country. It was very frustrating and I tried in several browsers. Eventually I placed the order and left Netherlands as the country and included a note about it and emailed them but it was very time consuming and frustrating.

I had placed an order on 131559 on 06.Jul.17 the items were most promptly dispatched the following day on7th. The UPS tracking number was 1Z8F5E880436374692. The goods arrived in UPS India courier company warehouse in Mumbai India on 9th July. However since then the items are help us there. I have been in touch with the courier company and also regosteres a complaint reference Incident 170714-000779 . I have furnished document which was sought on 17th July However the items are still held up with the courier. Would appreciate your support to resolve.
